ATV's, UTV's, Side-by-Sides(SxS), Motorcycles, Jeeps & other 4x4's, will all have access to over 200+ private acres of wooded trails, water crossings, hill climbs and other obstacles in this AMA santioned event. This event is designed as family friendly and has been organized tor the beginning to intermediate skill level Jeeper and ATV/MC riders however riders & drivers of all skill levels will also have a weekend of fun on the trails and camping with friends.
Gate, Trail Times and General Admission Information
- Only 300 tickets available for this special event, If tickets sell out there will be NO ticket sales at the gate
- Camping is available Friday starting @ 6:00PM until 8:30PM - ABSOLUTLY NO CHECK-INs AFTER 8:30PM
- NO FRIDAY RIDING OR WHEELING
- FRONT GATE - Opens at 7:30AM on Saturday and closes promptly at 4:00PM, no arrivals permitted after 4:00PM
- NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY
- TRAIL DAYS AND TIMES - Trails open Saturday morning at 8:00AM and close Saturday at dusk. Trails will re-open Sunday morning at 8:00AM and close at 11:30AM so event clean-up can begin. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE only those camping may ride on Sunday
- NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY
Event Summary
First time event participants should plan on attending the driver/rider meeting Saturday morning @ 8:30AM prior to hitting the trails where they can pick up an updated trail map and where we will brief everyone on trail conditions, orient the first timers and provide any last minute trail closures or changes in safety policies and rules.
A first timers guided trail ride for ATVs and Jeep/Full size 4x4s will follow this meeting at roughly 8:45AM - If you have a CB or FRS/GMRS walkie talkie please bring it
- Motorcycle/ATV/UTV/SxS/Jeep/Full size will have special access to the motocross track - located in the trails
- ATV’s/UTV/SxS and Motorcycles ONLY will have access to the TT race track - No Jeeps!
- "VIP playtime" for kids only from 12:00 until 1:00 on the big race track(TT-track) - Kids 10 and under only please
- KIDS ONLY AREA will be set aside in a grassy area near the camping area for the little ones just getting started. All children must be accompanied and monitored at all times by an adult 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS
- RAFFLE of sponsor donated items and packages, be sure to bring plenty of $1 bills to purchase tickets.
- Event staff monitor and use Channel 17 on both CB radios and FRS/GMRS walkie talkies, be sure to bring your radios to communicate with your group while out on the trails.
CAMPING DETAILS
- Primitive Camping is available and will be on a first come first serve basis starting Friday Night @ 6:00PM until 8:30PM - ABSOLUTLY NO CHECK-INs AFTER 8:30PM WILL BE ACCEPTED
- ABSOLUTELY NO FRIDAY WHEELING OR RIDING
- Campers may select their own camp site from those available after check-in
- Remember, No electricity and No water available - Be prepared
- Multiple porta-pottys will be onsite
- (1) family and no more than (1) tow vehicle with trailers per camp site
- All those camping must purchase a Camping Pass which will be turned in during check in for a dash board camping pass
- Parking for additional tow vehicles can be provided as requested
- Small fires are permitted, bring your own wood.

This event is open to the public and ALL clubs and groups across the USA. If you are part of a large group and wish to reserve a large camping area so all your members can be together. Simply send an email request, with the type of vehicles, total number of vehicles, size of any campers and number of people camping to - [email protected] and we will contact you to make arrangements.
NIGHT RIDE
- Only tickets purchased online may participate in the night ride, tickets purchased at the gate are not eligible for participation in the night ride. Attendees will be broken up into groups and assigned a designated pair of trail guides at the discretion of the staff. You must stay with your guides at all times. All guides have both CB and Walkie Talkie radios.
- No accomodations will be made to group friends together for the night ride.
Anyone found leaving their group, making thier own trails, being overly aggressive or otherwise being unsafe will be immediately ejected from the event, no warnings will be issued. Take note that If you are found intoxicated and driving on the trails or driving in the campground staff members have made special arranagements to notify the Ashtabula County Sheriff who will enforce Ohio's state law regarding OVI.
First Ever - After the Trails Dance
Directly following the night ride, grab your favorite beverages and meet us in the pavillion as we have hired for your jamming and dancing pleasure DJ EDDY P who has cranked out the tunes from downtown Cleveland and the Crow’s Nest to 185th Street.
DJ Eddy’s done it all. Featuring over 60,000 songs he has a tune for everyone. Feel the power as he cranks up over 2000 Watts of sound and hits you with a light display that rivals many dance clubs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FULL SIZE VEHICLES (JEEPS/4x4's)
- RECOVERY/TOW POINTS - All FULL SIZE vehicles must be equipped with proper tow points. Depending on trail conditions vehicles without tow points may be refused access to many of the trails. NOTE: A hitch is a tow point, a bumper without a hook or recovery point is not.
- TIRES - All full size vehicles must be equipped with at least all terrain tires. For safety reasons depending on trail conditions vehicles with out the appropriate tires may be refused access to the trails
- What if I get stuck? LCOR staff will be patrolling and will render recovery aid, however as is customary and required ALL participants must connect their own recovery lines to their own vehicles - NO EXCEPTIONS. STAFF and other attendees are not responsible for any vehicle damage or injuries caused due to improperly connected recovery lines or any failures of improperly kept recovery gear.
TICKET SALES AT THE EVENT
Any tickets remaining after online sales completes will be sold at the gate, but as a reminder in an effort to limit the total number of vehicles and so everyone has a great off roading experience on the trails there are only 450 tickets available in total.
We cannot guarantee there will be tickets still available at the gate. Once all tickets are sold we will be putting out the FULL sign.
TICKETS AT THE GATE for Rider/Drivers will increase to $30/each - CASH ONLY !!
Kids 10 and under ride for free - liability waivers and parent or legal guardian signature required - NO EXCEPTIONS
$1 of each ticket sold will be donated to support Wreaths Across America
As each year the NE Ohio Spring Jamboree falls right before Memorial Day we felt we needed to do something at the event to support our veterans and those serving in our armed services. LCOR is proud to provide support to the local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter and their participation in Wreaths across America (WAA). WAA carries out coordinated wreath laying ceremonies at Arlington National cemetery and other locations in all 50 states and beyond as well as a week-long veterans parade from Maine to Virginia stopping along the way to spread the message about the importance of remembering our fallen heroes and honoring all those who severed and teaching today’s children about the sacrifices made by veterans and their families to preserve our freedoms.
The contributions made from this event will provide funding to purchase over a dozen wreaths for WAA who will lay them at the cemetery on our behalf. The LCOR board felt this would be a great way to pay honor to our men and woman who gave so much and especially to those that gave everything so we could enjoy our freedoms off roading.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When arriving to the event ALL Riders/Drivers/Guest/Sponsors/Exhibitors and participants will be directed to the pavillion where a staff member will process their admission and acquire the necessary additional liability waiver signatures. Please allow for at least 10 minutes to process your entry and get your wristbands when you arrive
If you have purchased your tickets on-line please have your printed tickets, including those for children 10 and under along with a Drivers license or State issued ID ready when you reach the check-in tables.
