Road Rally begins at the bottom of the Smolen Gulf Bridge in Ashtabula Ohio
Finaly destination is the Goodwill store located across the lift bridge in the historic Ashtabula Harbor
While all Jeeps must arrive to the event together in the Road Rally - Participants can leave anytime before the event concludes at 11PM
