ATV's, UTV's, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Jeeps & all other 4x4's, will all have access to over 200+ private acres of wooded trails including water crossings, hill climbs and other obstacles in this AMA santioned event. This event is designed as family friendly and directed tor the beginning/intermediate skill level Jeeper and ATV/MC riders however riders & drivers of all skill levels will also have a weekend of fun on the trails and camping.

Event Summary

  • FRONT GATE - Opens at 7:30AM on Saturday and closes promptly at 4:30PM, no arrivals will be permitted after 4:30PM. NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY

  • TRAIL DAYS AND TIMES - Trails are open Saturday morning at 8:00AM and close Saturday at dusk. Trails will re-open Sunday morning at 8:00AM and close at 12 noon so event clean-up can begin. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE only those camping or who have made special arrangements with LCOR will be permitted to ride on Sunday - NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY

  • First time event participants will need to attend the driver/rider meeting at 8:30AM prior to hitting the trails where they can pick up an updated trail map and where we will brief everyone on trail conditions or any last minute changes in safety policies and rules. Guided trail ride available for first timers at 8:45AM.

  • Motorcycle/ATV/UTVJeep/Full size access to the motocross track - located in the trails
  •  
  • ATV’s/UTV's and Motorcycles also have access to the TT race track - No Jeeps!
  •  
  • "VIP playtime" for kids only from 12:00 until 1:00 on the big race track(TT-track) - Kids 10 and under only please
  •  
  • KIDS ONLY AREA will be set aside in a grassy area near the camping area for the little ones just getting started. All children must be accompanied and monitored at all times by an adult 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Self Guided Covered Bridge Road Tour:  Tour of (3) of Ashtabula counties covered bridges. Stop by the LCOR Headquarters building and pick up a map to the bridges and an information packet. Approximately  1-1/2 hour off-site event. Bathrooms are available at the last stop. Don't miss the opportunity to see and drive across the longest covered bridge in the United States right here in NE Ohio and be sure to bring your cameras for several fantastic photo opportunities.

  • Adult and Children’s electronic scavenger hunt: Starting after 1PM stop by the registration building and pick up this years list of scavenger hunt objects located throughout the park. Find the objects and take photos as directed of you and/or your vehicle with the object on your camera or cell phone. Then return to the registration building and turn in your photos (Bring your camera cable or be sure to have a removeable memory card) Prizes will be awarded for the first 1 in each category that submits their photos.

  • RAFFLE of sponsor donated items and packages, be sure to bring plenty of $1 bills to purchase tickets.

  • ON-SITE FOOD SERVICE - The Boyscouts of America will be once again providing general Food Service in the pavillion for breakfast/lunch/dinner along with late night snacks. Be sure to come out and support the boys. To assist the boys in planning food quantities and timing of food preparations please be sure to make your Yes/No selections regarding food service during the check out process.

  • PRESSURE WASHING - The Boyscouts will also be providing pressure washing services, Tires Only, Radiators Only and Full vehicle wash downs are available. Wash tickets will be sold next to the LCOR headquarters building in the Scouts tent.

CAMPING DETAILS

  • Primitive Camping is available and will be on a first come first serve basis starting Friday Night @ 6:00PM until 8:30PM - ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-INs AFTER 8:30PM WILL BE ACCEPTED
  • ABSOLUTELY NO FRIDAY WHEELING OR RIDING
  • Campers may select their own camp site from those available after check-in.
  • Remember, No electricity and No water available - Be prepared.
  • Multiple porta-pottys will be onsite.
  • (1) family and no more than (2) vehicles including tow vehicles with trailers per site.
  • Parking for additional tow vehicles can be provided as requested..
  • Small fires are permitted, bring your own wood. 
  • All those camping must purchase a Camping Pass which will be turned in during check in for the appropriate wrist bands and a dash board camping plaque.                           ## No Generators between 10PM and 6:00AM ##
  • This event is open to the public and ALL clubs and groups across the USA. If you are part of a large group and wish to reserve a large camping area so all your members can be together. Simply send an email request, with the type of vehicles, total number of vehicles, size of any campers and number of people camping to - [email protected] and we will contact you to make arrangements.
  • EVENING ENTERTAINMENT may include a Fire (weather permitting) and/open mic night  in the pavilion..... If you play an instrument bring it along just in case.

 

NIGHT RIDE (Trail Conditions Permitting)

  • Only tickets purchased online may participate in the night ride, tickets purchased at the gate are not elligible for participation in the night ride. Attendees will be broken up into groups and assigned a designated pair of trail guides at the discretion of the staff. You must stay with your guides at all times. All guides have both CB and Walkie Talkie radios.
  • No accomodations will be made to group friends together for the night ride.
  • Anyone found leaving their group, making thier own trails, being overly aggressive or otherwise being unsafe will be immediately ejected from the event, no warnings will be issued. Take note that If you are found intoxicated and driving on the trails or driving in the campground staff members have made special arranagements to notify the Ashtabula County Sheriff who will enforce Ohio's state law regarding OVI.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FULL SIZE VEHICLES (JEEPS/4x4's)

  • RECOVERY/TOW POINTS - All FULL SIZE vehicles must be equipped with proper tow points. Depending on trail conditions vehicles without tow points may be refused access to many of the trails. NOTE: A hitch is a tow point, a bumper without a hook or recovery point is not.
  • TIRES - It is highly recommended for all full size vehicles that at a minimum your vehicle is outfitted with all terrain tires. For safety reasons depending on trail conditions vehicles with out the appropriate tires may be refused access to many of the trails.
  • What if I get stuck? LCOR staff will be patrolling and will render aid however as is customary ALL participants are required to connect their own recovery lines to their own vehicles, NO EXCEPTIONS. STAFF and attendees are not responsible for any vehicle damage or injuries caused due to improperly connected recovery lines or any failures of improperly kept recovery gear.

 

TICKET SALES AT THE EVENT

There will be an enforced maximum number of tickets sold. This means there WILL BE limited quantities of Driver/Rider Tickets available for purchase the day of the event. Once these tickets are gone no other riders/drivers will be permitted access, Prices for Rider/Driver tickets at the gate will increase to $30/each - CASH ONLY !!

Kids 10 and under ride for free - liability waivers and parent or legal guardian signature required - MANDATORY, NO EXCEPTIONS

 

UPON ARRIVAL

When arriving to the event ALL Riders/Drivers/Guest/Sponsors/Exhibitors and participants will be directed to the pavillion where a staff member will process their admission and acquire the necessary liability waiver signatures. If you have purchased your tickets on-line please have your printed tickets, including those for children 10 and under along with a Drivers license or State issued ID ready when you reach the check-in tables.

** This is a rain or shine event - NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason **

 

Restrictions

All Riders, Drivers, Vendors, Sponsors, Exhibitors and Spectators agree to the following:

* Valid drivers license or proper state ID required to be shown at check in
* ALL Full size Jeep/4x4's are required to have the state mandated minimum vehicle liability
insurance. This is required and will be verified at check in. Participating vehicles will not be
permitted on the trails with out insurance and a valid drivers license.
* All those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
* Seat Belts must be worn by all drivers at all times while on the trail and in the park.
* The Speed limit for all vehicles while in the campground is limited to the posted limit or 10 mph
* Helmet & Eye Protection is required for all riders all ages all locations including the trails, TT
track, MX track and in the park while operating an ATV or Motorcycle.
* ALL RIDERS - Must follow their vehicle manufacturer's safety requirements regarding passengers. Absolutely no 2-up (ie; passengers) on any single rider machine.
* Obey all signs, gates, and barriers.
* Stay on marked trails.
* No Alcoholic beverages
* No Firearms or Fireworks permitted
* Stop and obey ALL staff member direction when given
* No Reckless operation of any vehicle
* NO littering or leaving of garbage, all garbage should be placed in the designated area within
the campground or taken home with you.
* NO Fighting, arguing, intimidation or violence of any type
* Trails and tracks are only open from sunrise to sunset with the exception of the special guided
night ride

** This is a family friendly event - If you can not respect the rules please don't attend.

Failure to comply with ANY of the above can and will result in your immediate removal from the trails and possibly the event.
