Jeeps, 4x4's, ATV's, Side-by-Sides(SxS), & Motorcycles will have private access to over 200+ acres of wooded trails, water crossings, hill climbs and other obstacles. This special event only happens twice a year and is designed, organized and maintained as a family friendly event for the beginning to intermediate skill level Jeeper and ATV/MC riders however all skill levels will find a fun filled weekend playing on the trails and camping with old friends while making memories with new friends.
Gate, Trail Times and General Admission Information
- Only 500 total vehicle tickets are available for this special event, If tickets sell out there will be NO ticket sales at the gate
- Spectator & Passenger tickets do not sell out
- Camping check-in is available Friday starting @ 6:00PM until 8:30PM - ABSOLUTLY NO CHECK-INs AFTER 8:30PM
- NO FRIDAY RIDING OR WHEELING
- FRONT GATE - Opens at 7:30AM on Saturday and closes promptly at 3:30PM, no new arrivals permitted after 3:30PM
- NO TICKET SALES OR NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS ON SUNDAY
- TRAIL DAYS AND TIMES - Trails open Saturday morning at 7:30AM and close Saturday at dusk. Trails will re-open Sunday morning at 8:00AM and close at 11:00AM so event clean-up can begin. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE only those camping may ride on Sunday
- NO NEW RIDER/DRIVER ADMISSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY
Event Summary
First time event participants should plan on attending the driver/rider meeting Saturday morning @ 8:30AM prior to hitting the trails where they can pick up an updated trail map and where we will brief everyone on trail conditions, orient the first timers and provide any last minute trail closures or changes in safety policies and rules.
A first timers guided trail ride for ATVs and Jeep/Full size 4x4s will follow this meeting at roughly 8:45AM - If you have a CB or FRS/GMRS walkie talkie please bring it
- Motorcycle/ATV/UTV/SxS/Jeep/Full size will have special access to the motocross track - located in the trails
- ATV’s/UTV/SxS and Motorcycles ONLY will have access to the TT race track - Sorry no jeeps permitted on the TT-Track
- "VIP playtime" for kids only from 12:00 until 1:00 on the big race track(TT-track) - Kids 10 and under only please
- KIDS ONLY AREA will be set aside in a grassy area near the camping area for the little ones just getting started. All children must be accompanied and monitored at all times by an adult 18 years or older. NO EXCEPTIONS
- RAFFLE of sponsor donated items and packages, be sure to bring plenty of $1 bills for tickets.
- Event staff monitor and use Channel 17 on both CB radios and FRS/GMRS walkie talkies, be sure to bring your radios to communicate with your group while out on the trails.

Guests must present a printed T-shirt ticket to pick up their shirts.
Stickers, Hats, Koozies and other merchandise will be available for sale at the event however there will be a VERY limited quantity and size selection of T-shirts.
CAMPING DETAILS
- Primitive Camping
- Each adult camping must purchase a Camping Pass which will be exchanged for a campers wrist band and a vehicle dash board pass at check-in.
- Check-In starts Friday Night @ 6:00PM and ends at 8:30PM - ABSOLUTLY NO CHECK-INs AFTER 8:30PM WILL BE ACCEPTED
- ABSOLUTELY NO FRIDAY WHEELING OR RIDING

- Campers may select their own camp site from those available after check-in - Camp sites are on a first come basis
- Camp sites do not have electricity and there is no water available - Please come prepared
- Multiple porta-pottys will be onsite
- (1) camper or (2) tents and not more than (2) tow vehicles with trailers per camp site please
- Parking for additional tow vehicles can be provided as requested at no additional charge
- Small fires are permitted, bring your own wood.

This event is open to the public and ALL clubs and groups across the USA and Canada. If you are part of a large group and wish to reserve a large camping area so all your members can be together. Simply send an email request, with the type of vehicles, total number of vehicles, approximate size of any campers and number of people camping to - [email protected] and we will contact you to make arrangements.
"GLOW-IN-THE" NIGHT RIDE
- Bring plenty of glow sticks, bracelets or anything that lights up or glows and decorate your Jeep, ATV, SidebySide, motorcycle, campsite, passengers,Dogs and of course the kiddies before we depart on this years night ride. Help us make the trails glow! Following the night ride keep on glowing and grab your favorite adult beverages and join us at the new building in the campground for some music and socializing with fellow off roaders.
- Only tickets purchased online may participate in the night ride, tickets purchased at the gate are not eligible for participation in the night ride. Attendees will be broken up into groups and assigned a designated pair of trail guides at the discretion of the staff. You must stay with your guides at all times. All guides have both CB and Walkie Talkie radios.
REMINDER: During the night ride anyone found leaving their group, making thier own trails, being overly aggressive or otherwise being unsafe will be immediately ejected from the event, no warnings will be issued. For the safety of all take note that If you are found intoxicated and driving on the trails or driving in the campground staff members have made special arranagements to notify the Ashtabula County Sheriff who will enforce Ohio's state law regarding OVI.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FULL SIZE VEHICLES (JEEPS/4x4's)
- RECOVERY/TOW POINTS - All FULL SIZE vehicles must be equipped with proper tow points FRONT & REAR. Vehicles without any tow points may be refused access to the trails. NOTE: A hitch is a tow point, just a bumper without a recovery point is not.
- TIRES - All full size vehicles must be equipped with at least all terrain tires. For safety reasons depending on trail conditions vehicles with out the appropriate tires may be refused access to the trails
- What if I get stuck? LCOR staff will be patrolling and will render recovery aid, however as is customary and required ALL participants must connect their own recovery lines to their own vehicles - NO EXCEPTIONS. STAFF and other attendees are not responsible for any vehicle damage or injuries caused due to improperly connected recovery lines or any failures of improperly kept recovery gear.
TICKET SALES AT THE EVENT
Any tickets remaining after online sales complete will be sold at the gate, but as a reminder in an effort to limit the total number of vehicles so everyone has a great off roading experience on the trails there are only 500 vehicle tickets available in total.
Once all tickets are sold the gate will be closed and the SOLD OUT sign posted - THIS EVENT DOES SELL OUT OFTEN
Driver and Rider tickets increase to $30/each - CASH ONLY !!
Passenger and spectator tickets do not sell out and may be purchased at the gate until 3:30PM on Saturday
THE KIDS
As always Kids 10 and under ride for free - Kids under 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Liability waivers and parent or legal guardian signature is required at check in- NO EXCEPTIONS
NO Pre-Signing of waivers and dropping of the kids permitted
$1 of each ticket sold will be donated to support local charities
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When arriving to the event ALL Riders/Drivers/Guest/Sponsors/Exhibitors and participants will be directed to the pavillion where a staff member will process their admission and acquire the necessary additional liability waiver signatures and you will pick up your wrist bands and event decal. Wristbands must be worn throughout the event and please place the event sticker on your vehicle windsheild or some other visible location of your choosing. Depending on the lines at the gate we ask all guests to please allow for at least 10-15 minutes to process your entry and get your wristbands when you arrive
If you have purchased your tickets on-line to speed you through the lines please have your printed tickets, including those for children 10 and under and tickets for each guest camping along with a Drivers license or State issued ID ready for all drivers when you reach the check-in tables.
